Fixed Issues

    The date format in notifications for expired/expiring Service Items is now in the format set in Company culture.

    Emails to tickets from Technicians state that customer added a response. We have change this message to be more generic.

    An issue where the list of available tickets at the beginning of the billing period changes based on time zone has been resolved.

    An issue where, in the customer portal, the completed tickets list would display “Loading…” when there are no tickets to display has been fixed.

    There is no grantable permission for the new Merge Ticket feature - this will be available to all users. This issue will be resolved in version 2.9.

    There is no grantable permission for add customers, contacts, and locations on the fly - this will be available to all users. This issue is resolved in version 2.9.
