Version 2.8.1 was first available for general availability (GA) on July 22, 2016
An issue where creating a ticket from a ticket request increments the ticket queue count but doesn’t decrement the ticket request count has been fixed.
An issue where overage calculations on hourly retainer service items would not calculate correctly if the base amount was set to $0 has been fixed.
An issue that prevented viewing attachments on billed tickets has been resolved.
An issue that could cause duplicate notifications for old responses to be sent has been resolved.
On stop timer event, "Describe what you were working on..." popup window was not displaying. This has been resolved.
There is no grantable permission for the new Merge Ticket feature - this will be available to all users. This issue will be resolved in version 2.9.
There is no grantable permission for add customers, contacts, and locations on the fly - this will be available to all users. This issue is resolved in version 2.9.
