What's New

  • New

    Merging Tickets and Requests; Ever receive two email requests or tickets about the same problem? Now with MSP Manager you can simply merge any new ticket or request into an existing ticket with a few simple clicks.

  • New

    Add Customers, Contacts, and Locations on the fly; Ever needed to add a contact, location, or customer when creating a new ticket? Now in MSP Manager simply click the "Add Quick Contact" button to add a contact right from the new ticket screen (works for customers and locations as well).

  • New

    Contact Information Available in Hover-over; Using our helpdesk feature needs to be quick and simple. Searching through large lists of contacts to find a customer's phone number is not an efficient use of time. Now in MSP Manager the customer contact information is available simply by hovering over the contact in the ticket header.

Fixed Issues

    The service item start date and type can no longer be changed once billable is associated to avoid billing issues.
