Known Issues

    An issue where creating a new ticket from Customers > Tickets and then abandoning the ticket by navigating to a different node in Customers (Passwords, Service Items, Rates, etc.), you are continually prompted that the ticket has not been saved while navigating within the Customers menu.
    Workaround: Reload using F5 or the browser reload button. You also may click 'Cancel' in the ticket editor rather than navigating away.
