New
VoIP now available on Mac Viewer
New
We now have a preview pane at the Windows Viewer which will display the multiple monitors of the remote Agent. Simply clicking on each monitor will change the Remote Desktop screen to that one which has been selected.

New
Now in place the ability to Enable/Disable Clipboard Synchronization during Agent Sessions. This has been added as a security precaution to preventing Clipboard Synchronization when multiple technicians are performing session to the same Agent to avoid sharing confidential information being copied on either the local or remote devices to the remote device or the clipboard of any technician currently connected.

Application shortcuts have now been streamlined to provide more consistency.

Clicking on this icon will open the web page listing all the Viewer’s available shortcuts.

Implemented P2P discovery on console and launch viewer with P2P in case of discovery success

Console will now only open one viewer session. If an attempt to open a session with another session already open, the console will open the same session.

Resolved an issue where in view modes “Downscale to Window” or “Always fit window” using full Screen would freeze when accessing a machine with the same resolution as the Viewer
