We're very proud to announce the launch of the blog from GFI MAX: MAX-IQ
This blog is more than just a collection of boring news articles and posts telling you how amazing MAX is (although we do think it’s pretty good!) – It's designed to be a resource for all MSPs out there. We'll be writing about industry events & news and providing how-to’s & guides for growing your MSP business.
The most important thing here is that we want this to be a useful resource for MSPs and IT Support companies to help them grow. So we want your input on what content you’d like to see – is it pitched at the right level for you, would you like us to do any research around a particular area? Just drop us a note anytime and we’ll do our best to provide what you want to see!
The blog will be loosely based around 4 main topic areas that we know are key for your MSP business:
Marketing & Advertising
Here we’ll discuss how you can make the most of your marketing efforts to grow your MSP business. Whether you’re just starting out or are growing nicely already we hope to provide useful content for you with actionable insights to move your marketing forward.
We’ll aim to bring you step by step guides in key areas of marketing that will help you find and retain customers such as pay-per-click, social media marketing, event marketing and email marketing just to name a few.
Business Development
MSP Business Development is about everything you need to grow your business and keep it growing. We'll be writing about customer care, sales, service delivery and strategy and planning. With posts from the team at GFI MAX – those who have been through the process of creating, building and eventually selling MSP businesses there is a wealth of knowledge we'll be passing on! With other posts from people in the MSP industry and regular guest posts we’ll be covering every angle.
Productivity
Every MSP needs to be productive… At GFI MAX we've got the tools to help you out with that! This section will talk about some of the tools out there that can help you make the most of your team and time – mobile app reviews for the productive MSP and tips from those who have done it already on how to run a successful MSP.
We'll also be talking about the GFI MAX suite of products – MAX RemoteManagement, MAX Backup & MAX Mail. It’s not just going to be marketing chatter! We're going to show you how using these tools can save you time and money with practical tips and advice.
MSP Life
A little bit more of the lighter side of being an MSP – we'll put some funny stuff in here along with industry news and competitions we'll be running. Life can't be just about business, all day every day!
