It’s been suggested that no such secret exists but I believe such protests are merely a ploy for us to disclose our method.

Others are just not convinced this new MSP marketing process is a total game changer!

 

The Setting

I had decided that it was time to strike out as a managed services provider in San Antonio and suddenly I found myself walking in our customer’s shoes and facing the same challenges they do.

Many say that invention is the product of necessity, while others attest that it’s the product of laziness. I can honestly say that there is a little bit of both when there is any break through.

The problem I faced was the need of getting far more appointments than our cold calling team could supply and ensure that the IT sales leads would be better qualified; which means they would be expecting us and welcome us with open arms.

I was struggling to get more leads as I had targeted a prominent law firm and drawn a line in the question marksand that I was going to get an appointment with them no matter what I had to do.  The problem was that the IT director at this firm would never take my phone calls nor return my voicemails.

I even resorted to making an unsolicited office visit to see if I could get a minute of his time and possibly set up an appointment.  However, the receptionist made it abundantly clear that my target was never going to take an unscheduled visit.

I was at my wits end when suddenly inspiration stuck me right out of the clear blue sky!  An idea so extraordinary that it actually seemed like it would never work in a million years.  However, I was torn between actually tying this new idea out and just throwing in the towel.

My better angles won out and I decided to execute and within an hour of sending the package I got a call back from this unreachable IT director and was able to set up a face-to-face meeting!

Now we have rolled out this ‘sticky’ unforgettable package as a mailer on behalf of several of our MSP customers and we are getting the same phenomenal results!

 It’s real and it certainly works so if you want to transform your marketing results then jump on the band wagon and try it out!
