DURHAM, North Carolina – October 7 2016 – SolarWinds® MSP, a global leader in delivering comprehensive, scalable IT service management solutions to MSPs, today announced two of its top channel executives, Product Manager Alina Dias and Lead Community Manager Nadia Karatsoreos, have been recognized as “100 People You Don't Know But Should” by CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company.

The CRN editorial team, assessing feedback from solution providers and other industry executives, publishes this annual list to celebrate under-the-radar channel management team members from the industry's top vendors and distributors. Those selected have worked tirelessly to create, promote and manage programs and policies that support and advance the IT channel.

For Dias, who brings more than 15 years of industry experience to SolarWinds MSP, helping partners succeed is not only a number one priority, but also something she sees as central to her job description. Although her official title is product manager, for the past two years she has served as a go-to, day-to-day contact for the SolarWinds N-able partner base, which spans tens of thousands of MSPs worldwide.

Karatsoreos helps foster customer relationships and educational content for SolarWinds MSP partners --- with a goal of making them as successful as possible. This has included new programs over the past year around thought leadership, events and engagement – all which have contributed to growth in both customers and revenue.

“Alina and Nadia have both been instrumental in guiding our partners to maximize the value of their SolarWinds MSP product portfolio, and ultimately, achieve greater success with their customers,” says JP Jauvin, Senior Vice President, Sales and Customer Operations, SolarWinds MSP. “They have earned the trust of our MSPs worldwide, making them an excellent choice for this year’s list.”

"There are a number of people who work behind the scenes in the channel whose efforts do not often receive widespread attention, although they truly help to hold up the entire industry and make it the thriving, smoothly functioning ecosystem that it is," said Robert Faletra, CEO of The Channel Company. "We are pleased to shine a spotlight on these individuals with CRN's 2016 list of 100 People You Don't Know But Should list and to honor their important work, which quietly underpins the infrastructure of the IT channel and allows the community to advance as a whole."

SolarWinds MSP is also proud to announce it has been named to CRN’s annual Cloud Partner Program Guide, earning special five-star recognition and a spot on the list for the third consecutive year. The guide spotlights innovative cloud providers that are recognized for having top-rated cloud partner programs and for addressing industry pain points to drive partner success.
