LogicNow held its fifth annual Australia and New Zealand MAXfocus Conference in Melbourne, which was attended by more than 100 MSP customers and partners.

As part of its ongoing commitment to helping MSPs drive profitable business growth, the conference in Melbourne aimed to give real market insight to customers and partners. One of the key themes was how MSPs can evolve their services to achieve the right balance between internal operational efficiency and innovation in their product and service offerings.

“Our user conferences are a key part of our customer engagement approach,” said Dr Alistair Forbes, General Manager of LogicNow. “Our content program was heavily focused on helping our customers to grow their businesses and ensure that they are achieving best-in-class performance in their managed services practices. Every year, this event provides us with an unparalleled opportunity to interact with our customers, making sure their voice is heard loud and clear when it comes to prioritizing our investments and development activities. We believe that the product roadmap that we shared with the conference attendees is the most customer-aligned we have ever delivered and we were very encouraged by the positive reaction of the customer attendees.”

As well as a focus on the challenges and opportunities in the MSP market, MAX 2015 also included extensive partner input, including a customer panel, which discussed standard operating procedures and the ultimate branding for a successful managed service business. This focussed on policies, processes and procedures to help businesses separate themselves from the competition.

LogicNow also recognised the following partners and customers for outstanding results in the area of managed services:

•Community Partner of the Year  -  Advance Computing

•MAX Partner of the Year  - Login Systems

•Fastest Growth of 2015 - Future Computers

•MAX Breakout of the Year  - eFlux
