John Pagliuca

John Pagliuca brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience to his current role at the helm of SolarWinds MSP, with a significant focus on the SaaS marketplace. In his position, he oversees all aspects of the business including sales, customer retention and success, support, marketing, financial planning and analysis, and business applications. Prior to stepping into this position, John led the financial operations for nearly four years, having served most recently as CFO. Before joining SolarWinds MSP, John was the Vice President of Finance for Airvana, a leading mobile data software company, where he played key roles in taking Airvana Public in 2007, and later in reaching over $500M in revenue prior to the company’s acquisition by Siris Capital Group. Earlier in his career John also held significant roles with Sandburst, a fabless semiconductor company acquired by Broadcom, and Arthur Andersen LLP.

JP Jauvin

JP Jauvin leads the worldwide sales, customer success and support teams for SolarWinds MSP leveraging his vast experience in the managed services provider market. With more than 32 years of experience in the software industry, JP has a proven track record for helping software companies accelerate growth, and profitability. Prior to joining SolarWinds MSP, JP was President & COO at N-able Technologies and General Manager of SolarWinds N-able. In addition, he was Vice President of Sales for NetPro Computing Inc. and Fastlane Technologies Inc., both of which were acquired by Quest Software. Earlier in his career, JP was responsible for the Worldwide Business Intelligence channel at Cognos. In addition to his vast international sales experience, JP's career accomplishments include the design and execution of new revenue streams, strategic alliances and developing direct sales, channel and OEM strategies for market growth and leadership.

Stacy West

As Vice President of Marketing, Stacy West brings over 25 years of experience to her current role—leading and managing all aspects of SolarWinds MSP’s marketing efforts. These include revenue marketing, product marketing, PR, customer engagement, loyalty and retention, and field marketing. Prior to joining SolarWinds MSP, Stacy was VP of Marketing & Communications at SciQuest, where she boosted year-over-year net new leads, increased lead conversions, and exceeded sales pipeline goals. Before that, she was a director of marketing at Canon Solutions America, where she dramatically reduced cost-per-lead, increased leads year over year, implemented and ran monthly marketing campaigns, and oversaw a highly successful Customer Experience Center. Additionally, Stacy has held high-level leadership positions at HCL Hewlett Packard, Interaction Publishers, Inc., Intelligent Strategies Intuitive Solutions, and LeasePartners.

August Wehrmann

August Wehrmann is responsible for all product engineering activities for the SolarWinds MSP portfolio of products and has, over the years, been instrumental in driving the growth of the award-winning RMM on-premise platform. August brings over twenty five years of experience developing and network and systems management solutions for MSPs as well as enterprise and telecommunications service providers. He has been with the company since December 2003, playing a pivotal role in shaping the N-central product portfolio. Previously he served as Director of Product Management at Linmor and also held senior management positions at Webhancer and CrossKeys Systems.

Johan Jongsma

With over 25 years of experience, Johan Jongsma applies exceptional research and development leadership to SolarWinds MSP’s Backup division. Before serving in his current role, Johan was the CTO and co-founder of IASO Backup, where he was pivotal in driving the company’s success. Prior to that, he launched several successful companies in the Netherlands and provided consulting services for many high-tech projects.

Mike Cullen

Mike Cullen brings over 25 years of corporate sales experience to SolarWinds MSP, and has assembled an equally experienced sales force. Prior to joining the company, Mike was Vice President of Sales (Ottawa Branch) and Interim President of the Québec region for IKON Office Solutions, where he grew the business to $24 million in just five years. Before that, Mike was the Vice President of Sales and co-founder of Fulline Office Products. Prior to this, Mike held progressively senior sales management positions with Canon and Pitney Bowes.

Frank Colletti

Frank Colletti serves as Group Vice President, Worldwide Sales for SolarWinds MSP, bringing over 16 years of experience in sales leadership to his current role. Since joining the company in 2003, he has made significant contributions to the success and year-over-year growth of both the MSP N-central product and the company’s MSP partner community. Frank and his team have also been instrumental in expanding the international adoption of MSP N-central to include Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and the U.K. Before joining the company, Frank was Regional Sales Manager for Solidum/IDT, where managed North American and international sales, playing a contributing role in the company’s acquisition by IDT.

Leo Sanchez

Bringing over 15 years of technology experience to his position, Leo Sanchez runs the global support operation for SolarWinds MSP. Leo has been focused on the MSP market the majority of his career—rising through the ranks of the company from a Senior Support Engineer through several management roles, including three years as a Director of Global Technical Support, to his current position as position as Vice President of Worldwide Support. In his 11 years with the company, Leo has been instrumental as a support leader, growing internal talent on the team and boosting operational efficiencies across the globe.
