John Pagliuca brings nearly 20 years of leadership experience to his current role at the helm of SolarWinds MSP, with a significant focus on the SaaS marketplace. In his position, he oversees all aspects of the business including sales, customer retention and success, support, marketing, financial planning and analysis, and business applications. Prior to stepping into this position, John led the financial operations for nearly four years, having served most recently as CFO. Before joining SolarWinds MSP, John was the Vice President of Finance for Airvana, a leading mobile data software company, where he played key roles in taking Airvana Public in 2007, and later in reaching over $500M in revenue prior to the company’s acquisition by Siris Capital Group. Earlier in his career John also held significant roles with Sandburst, a fabless semiconductor company acquired by Broadcom, and Arthur Andersen LLP.
Mike Cullen brings over 25 years of corporate sales experience to SolarWinds MSP, and has assembled an equally experienced sales force. Prior to joining the company, Mike was Vice President of Sales (Ottawa Branch) and Interim President of the Québec region for IKON Office Solutions, where he grew the business to $24 million in just five years. Before that, Mike was the Vice President of Sales and co-founder of Fulline Office Products. Prior to this, Mike held progressively senior sales management positions with Canon and Pitney Bowes.
As chief customer officer for SolarWinds MSP, Kevin Bury brings decades of experience and a passion for building and leading high-performance teams that help customers solve their most pressing challenges. Prior to this role, Kevin led the customer experience teams for SolarWinds for seven years. Those teams introduced several award-winning, customer-focused programs, including the SW Academy, Smart Start assisted onboarding, the Success Center, and Customer Success Managers. Previously, he held CEO positions at two high-growth tech companies—guiding QuickArrow to a successful acquisition by NetSuite and Affiniscape by Riverside Capital. Kevin also ran HP’s global software-as-service business unit, growing it into one of HP's most successful teams. Kevin has been coaching and mentoring businesses and leaders for more than 15 years, ultimately driving shareholder value by helping customers thrive.
Mav Turner is group vice president of product management for SolarWinds MSP, overseeing all product management and product marketing activities and bringing two decades of technology experience to the role. Before becoming a VP, Mav held senior director and director roles across network management, security, and web products for SolarWinds. Prior to this, he served in product management roles across networking products and web properties. Before SolarWinds, Mav was a technical project manager for INX Inc., and spent six years in network administration for the City of Austin. Mav holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Texas State University.
Frank Colletti serves as Sr. Vice President, Worldwide Sales for SolarWinds MSP, bringing over 16 years of experience in sales leadership to his current role. Since joining the company in 2003, he has made significant contributions to the success and year-over-year growth of both the MSP N-central product and the company’s MSP partner community. Frank and his team have also been instrumental in expanding the international adoption of MSP N-central to include Australia, New Zealand, Germany, the Netherlands, Scandinavia and the U.K. Before joining the company, Frank was Regional Sales Manager for Solidum/IDT, where managed North American and international sales, playing a contributing role in the company’s acquisition by IDT.
Jim Mulkey is group vice president of engineering at SolarWinds MSP, overseeing the global engineering organization. He has more than 20 years of experience in managing large, global enterprise software engineering and R&D teams at scale. Prior to joining SolarWinds, Jim was SVP, research and development at a high-growth SaaS company called Accruent, Inc. where he led the development of an advanced analytics and integrations platform to leverage software technologies from multiple acquisitions. He also brings 17 years of IT management software experience from his roles as VP, R&D and SVP, engineering at BMC Software and CA Technologies. Jim is based in Austin, Texas where he received his bachelor’s degree in computer science from the University of Texas at Austin.
Tim O’Brien serves as Group Vice President, Finance and Operations for SolarWinds MSP, bringing over 10 years of experience in the high-tech space. Tim joined SolarWinds with the acquisition of LOGICnow, where he served as Director, Finance and Operations. Prior to LOGICnow, Tim held finance positions at Airvana and Teradyne. Tim has been instrumental in improving operational efficiencies across the business.
Bringing over 15 years of technology experience to his position, Leo Sanchez runs the customer success for SolarWinds MSP. Leo has been focused on the MSP market for the majority of his career—rising through the ranks of the company from a Senior Support Engineer through several management roles, including three years as a Director of Global Technical Support, to his current position as Vice President of Customer Success. In his 11 years with the company, Leo has been instrumental as a support leader, growing internal talent on the team and boosting operational efficiencies across the globe.
Alex Quilter is a vice president of product management for the SolarWinds MSP security portfolio. He brings nearly two decades of technical product management and engineering experience across security and cloud services to his current role. Before working as VP of product management for security, Alex was a senior director of product management, focusing on Backup for SolarWinds MSP. Prior to SolarWinds, Alex was a director, product management, for Tanium, where he focused on the security hygiene product line. Prior to this, Alex held multiple product management leadership roles, including director positions for Cisco and Qualsys, as well as senior management roles at nCircle Network Security and HP software. Before that, Alex kicked off his career as a network engineer before rising to leadership positions as an engineering manager. Alex holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Utah and a master’s degree in Software Engineering Management from Carnegie Mellon University.
Sara Foley is a vice president of product management for SolarWinds MSP, where she currently oversees the product roadmap across the SolarWinds MSP monitoring portfolio. She brings close to two decades of technology knowledge and business insight to the role, and she has spent the past seven years of her career dedicated to offering quality products for our MSP partners. For years, she was a senior director of product management, playing an integral role in the development of the SolarWinds RMM product before being promoted in 2019 to VP of product management. Prior to this, Sara served for nearly three years as a product management director at Webroot and two years as a senior product manager for ColdSpark, Inc. Sara Foley graduated Magna Cum Laude from Illinois State University with a double major in Applied Computer Science and Industrial Technology.
Johannes Kamleitner is the vice president of global channel sales at SolarWinds MSP, driving all global indirect business. Johannes has a wealth of experience in IT and has held various senior leadership positions, both in running global software companies as well as worldwide distribution businesses. Prior to joining SolarWinds MSP, Johannes was senior vice president and general manager at GFI Software, where he was responsible for all of GFI’s business, including sales, marketing, product management, engineering, and finance. Before that, Johannes was the director of SMB channel EMEA for Ingram Micro, where he successfully developed and implemented a European SMB strategy that delivered a significant increase in revenue and market coverage across the region. He started his career working for Hewlett Packard in different sales and marketing roles on a national and regional level. Johannes is married, has two kids, and lives with his family in Vienna, Austria.
Tim Brown serves as Vice President of Security for SolarWinds, overseeing internal IT security, product security, and security strategy. Tim has over 20 years of experience developing and implementing security technology, including identity and access management, vulnerability assessment, security compliance, threat research, vulnerability management, encryption, managed security services and cloud security. As a former Dell Fellow, CTO, chief product officer, chief architect, distinguished engineer and director of security strategy, Tim deeply understands the challenges and aspirations of technology and security professionals. Brown’s trusted advisor status has taken him from meeting with members of Congress and the Senate to the Situation Room in the White House. He has been on the board of the Open Identity Exchange and a member of the Trans Global Secure Collaboration Program. Tim also holds 18 issued patents on security-related topics.
